Integrated Drug Therapy Management

PerformPRO® is an innovative web-based tool that is utilized for PerformRx’s Drug Therapy Management (DTM) programs. PerformPRO is designed to identify and proactively correct medication-related problems (MRPs) for members participating in one of our DTM programs.

PerformPRO supports our DTM programs and helps health plans remain on top of changing Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements, expanding quality measures and ever-increasing adherence problems. Using the tool, we are better able to identify target populations, calculate drug adherences, identify gaps in member care, recommend additional therapy and identify drug safety concerns. The information provided by PerformPRO aids our pharmacists in member outreach, resulting in more optimized treatments, better member outcomes and decreased health plan expenditures.

PerformPRO facilitates the direct communication of targeted or mass notifications on a member or provider level across multiple channels, including mail, fax, phone or Internet. Users can generate custom reports which can be exported onto a variety of platforms. Everything is designed to result in better clinical decisions.
