PerformRx's Medicare Programs team ensures that our clients are prepared for internal and external audits. We have participated in numerous Part D audits since the beginning of the program, and have received praise from our clients, CMS, and other audit industry leaders. As part of this service, we maintain policies and procedures that satisfy the CMS MAPD and PDP Audit Guides. PerformRx will ensure that auditors receive the necessary data in a timely fashion, and will participate in any audit meetings and/or interviews that clients require. Additionally, we conduct on-going monitoring and auditing of PerformRx departments and downstream entities.
